Quality Inspection:

For us, quality is not only a promise, but also the core of our company. We spare no efforts in ensuring our products meeting the highest industry standard. Our testing center conducts regular tests on sealing, dropping and stacking of products. Our QC center is equipped with the most advanced laboratory testing instruments within the packaging industry, such as high pressure tester, high temperature testing equipment and vibrator equipment.

These equipment allow us to independently control all analysis procedures from raw materials to dynamic simulation of product performance thus ensuring customer satisfaction through our first-class quality control processes.

Hygienic Security:

The sanitation of factory is the most important part of our production. Our staff is well trained on all sanitation requirements and follow the rules. The right personal sanitation equipment is essential part of our success.Our staff and visitors are required to wear our shoes before enter workshop.
To meet the requirements of food packaging, we re-fitted a separate clean room with proper air shower. We have obtained the food packaging production license. We follow strict hygienic requirements for storing raw materials and finished products separately; all relevant employees must wear coveralls and hats. Our main machines are equipped with auxiliary robots and automatic picking devices, thus reducing the chance of workers direct contact with the products.
